Step1 warming up 1.Sing a song T: Boys and girls,let’s enjoy a song. You did a great job! I’m Miss Xu. I’m your new English teacher.
2. Play a game T: Are you happy today? I’m very happy to see you.And let’s play a game! Look! I’ll act some animals. Please make a guess. What is it? Bird/dog/snake/rabbit/cat/turtle.
Step2 presentation 1.Show the pictures of Ss and their pets T: All of them we can call them:pet.
2.Show a picture of Zog T:Today we’ll meet a pet. Who? Let’s welcome! Oh, can you see it in your home? Can you see it at school? Can you see it in the zoo? No. Because it’s so strange! Let’s count the legs.One,two,three..ten! So we can say it is so odd! What does odd mean?It means “奇怪的” Lets see the pictures! It’s an odd coat. It’s an odd shoe. It’s an odd car.
3.Show the cover of the book T:And today, we’ll learn a new story! Let’s see the cover! What’s the title? The title is : What’s the writer? The writer is Julia.She is very famous in England! Let’s say ‘Hello’ to the pet!
4. Read the book together 1) Read Page 1 to 3 T:First let’s read Page 1 to 3,find the answers! There are three Qs about who. Who is the odd pet? Zog. Who appears in the story? Kim,Jim,Viv. Who has the odd pet? Viv. What ‘s the same point? 都有i. 最后一个单词sit: Can Zog sit?
2) Read Page 4 to 6 Let’s read P4-6,choose the right answers! What does beg mean? What can the Zog do? Do the two letters have the same pronunciation? 最后一个单词Zog: What can Zog do? Let’s play a game!Are you ready? Go! Who can act Zog?
3) Read Page 7 to 11 T: Let’s see the two people.Are they happy? What are they looking?What do they want? How to solve this problem? Let’s see next! Open your book,please read P7-11 and match it.lots of 的中文意思:很多。 How many eggs? Eleven.
T: From Jan 1st to Jan 31st. What does the zog do on Jan 1st? What does the zog do on Jan 2nd? What does the zog do on Jan 31st? It sits on the eggs. So we can say:it sits and sits.
T: From Jan 1st to Jan 31st. I have some eggs now. Let’s sit from Jan 1 to Jan 31. Everybody stand up! Let’s go! It sits and sits.
T: What happened? (听声音) Tap,tap,tap!Lots of zogs! I have some zogs. Do you want it? Please say:Can I have a ...?
4) )Read Page 14 to 16 T: What happened at last? Read P14-16,complete the ending!You will have 2 minutes! Do it in a group! Let’s check the answers.
T:Why does Viv only have ten zogs? She has 12 zogs.One is mother.The others are babies. One for Kim,one for Jim. At last,she has ten. Do you like the zog? Do you want to have a zog? Look,here is the Zog. Let’s hunt it!
5. Watch and retell T: Great! Let’s watch it again. Then let’s try to retell! Ready? Go!

教学后记 |
总结本堂课,我的感悟是,英文原版绘本应该不是高高在上,遥不可及的。教者应该让学生爱上读绘本,会自主读绘本,从普通的“阅读”走到喜悦的“悦读”,才是我们绘本教学的目标。 这堂课,我的意图是将课堂打造成师生共读故事,共同建构语言的过程。通过Zog孵蛋的真实情景,运用“图片环游(Picture Tour)”的阅读教学方法,以问题为引导,在不断推测和阅读中发现问题、分析问题、解决问题,培养了学生的语言综合运用能力和批判性思维品质。 “From Learn to read to Read to learn.”教无定法,尤其是绘本的教学,少有固定的模式,在国外见到的绘本教学,也有不少是教师很简单但表情夸张的演绎朗读。我在备课时也有相应的思考和困惑,在这里希望能得到同仁们的批评指正。 |
